We had successfully negotiated a tenancy through Charters, when on the day we had signed everything, it fell through. So they had to find is somewhere else, very quickly, which thankfully, they did. Eight months later, we need to move again and the process has been smooth and trouble free. Amazingly we only handed the keys back on Sunday evening, today is Friday and we already know we will get our deposit back and no exit fees to pay. With our previous agent, that process took six weeks with a £125 fee to pay for the exit inventory check. Thank you Charters.
